Where 777lux terminates an account due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any balance held in the account — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraudulent conduct or abuse of the bonus system, 777lux reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the account, including any winnings derived from the breach.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777lux, its directors, officers, employees, agents, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 777lux platform or any service offered therein.
